Use this library on Marketplace

Hi,

I got below reply from someone for using Qr Code

There is an Open Source QR Code Library, but it cannot be used in a Windows Phone app because it is licensed under GPL and the Windows Phone Marketplace Application Provider Agreement states under term 5(e) that apps submitted to Marketplace cannot contain GPL licensed code.

I just want to know as i have created my app where in one section is for Qr Code (using this library) Does this library contains GPL licensed code.

Both this project and the original ZXing project created by Google are licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.

Thanks for a great library.

So what do I need to do in order to properly use this library in a marketplace App?

Do I need to include the entire Apache license or just a link? Do I need to include it at all? A list of need-to-dos would be great.

Thanks!

I actually don't know what is required to comply with the Apache License, but I recommend including a reference to the Apache V2 license and a link to this site or the the http://code.google.com/p/zxing site somewhere in your about page. If you have other questions you can check out the http://code.google.com/p/zxing/wiki/LicenseQuestions page or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_License page.
